That’s why I created Tune Out, Tune In - a 3-day, 4-night leadership retreat for high-performing women who are ready to recalibrate, reclaim their energy, and reignite on their own terms. This isn’t a spa weekend. It’s a strategic, soulful intervention. You’ll learn to recognise burnout before it derails you, set unshakeable boundaries, and untangle the guilt, fear, and “good girl conditioning” that quietly shackle so many of us.

Unlike one-dimensional retreats, we address both the internal and external forces that drain you — and equip you with a 360-degree toolkit to lead with clarity, conviction and intuitive power. Through deep workshops, honest conversations, movement, ritual and laughter, you’ll learn to Tune Out the noise… so you can truly Tune In to yourself.

What we uncover

Day 1: Recharge

With Lynn Blades, BA, PCC, MGSCC - Executive Leadership Coach & Author of the bestselling book “The Quiet Burn: The Ambitious Woman’s Guide to Recognizing and Preventing Burnout”

Putting Yourself First: Day One sets the foundation with truth-telling, insight, and bold self-inquiry. Through deep exploration of burnout’s hidden toll, courageous conversations about boundaries, and a redefinition of what ambition can look like without self-sacrifice, women begin to reclaim their inner authority. This is the day they stop just coping - and start leading themselves back to wholeness.

Day 2: Realign

With Dr Tosin Bowen-Wright, Embodiment Coach Vicky Longley

Day Two is a transformational arc - moving from awareness to release to reclamation. Women begin by mapping where their energy is spent versus invested, uncovering hidden drains and building a personalized replenishment plan. Through resilience storytelling, an intimate pair-share, a symbolic shredding ritual, and a powerful embodied journey using movement, music, and scent, participants release what no longer serves and rise into their fullest, truest selves - expansive, grounded, and unapologetically powerful.

Day 3: Reinvent

With Lauren Brener & France Kehinde – Personal Brand Experts and Co-Founders Duo Creative Media;

Health & Leadership Coach Karen Mackley

Start by uncovering your personal brand and how to be more intentional with how you present yourself. What is your why? You will discover and learn to embrace your ‘signature strengths building the confidence building techniques to support you on you’re your professional and personal journey. Leave energised. Focused. Finish the day with assessing the 8 factors that drive health and leadership performance with Karen Mackley.
