    Vicky Longley is a certified coach that specialises in stress & anxiety. She uses meditation, relaxation, sound, movement & embodiment to guide people back into a state of calm and self power. 

  • Karen Cummings-Palmer

    A health and nutrition consultant, commentator and founder of 79 Lux. She specialises in attainable and sustainable health and beauty.

Every year we host a group of up to 12 women to provide them with the support they need to master their impact. A retreat like no other - with the beautiful backdrop of Corfu, spend 3 days of Recharging, Realigning & Reinventing.
